Does it cost anything to join?
There is no cost to become a member of the panel. In fact, we pay you for your time and opinions! You simply need to register in order to receive invitations for our research studies.

Will you or any of the companies you work for try to sell me anything?
No. Reckner and its clients are only interested in your opinion regarding the healthcare products and services we ask you about.
I already registered, but I haven't been contacted for a study. What should I do?
First, be sure you have whitelisted since that is the email address we use for study invitations. Second, once you register it may take a while to match you with a study that is right for you. If you are concerned, you could always contact us to check that your information is accurate and up-to-date.
Do I have to participate in every study that I receive an invitation for?
No. Participation in each study is voluntary and you may opt out or choose not to respond to an invitation if you do not wish to participate in that study.
Why is it that sometimes you contact me, ask me several questions, and then tell me that the "quota is full"?
Additional questions are asked to ensure that we invite the right group of people to participate in each survey. Because there are many different groups of people that might be appropriate for the survey, we have to set quotas to make sure that each group is represented.
What types of studies will I be asked to participate in?
Most of our healthcare studies are conducted online. However, occasionally, you may be invited to participate in a telephone interview (where you are scheduled for a phone interview with a researcher) or a focus group (where you visit a central location and share your ideas in a group).
What if my contact info changes?
Please contact us and provide both your original email address and the new email address that you would like to use going forward.

What type of payment will I receive when I complete studies?
