Participation in the panel and for any survey is voluntary. You are compensated for the surveys that you complete, and payment varies by survey. Of course, you can remove your name from our panel at any time.

About us
Established in 1991, J. Reckner Associates, Inc. (now Reckner) is a family-owned and operated business located in suburban Philadelphia. Founded by Jane Reckner and now led by her son, David, Reckner is a trusted market research leader in the United States.
Our company was born at a time when email was not widely available, and so Reckner developed its Healthcare Professional Panel one professional at time, one study at a time, one referral at a time.
We used phonebooks and note cards to make our "database." We made personal phone calls and sent faxes to issue "study invitations." And, we picked up our phones to answer questions from our panelists (still do!).
Through our 25+ years, the Reckner Healthcare Professional Panel has grown exponentially. It's because of our Respondent First™ philosophy. Respondent First™ means that we appreciate the healthcare professionals who make up our panel. We listen. We pay prompt and appropriate honorarium. We value their time.
